Revised Amendments to the Bylaws of Gale Ranch PTSA

  1. The officers of this association shall be a president, executive vice president, vice president(1), recording secretary, treasurer, financial secretary, auditor, and parliamentarian.  These officers shall be elected annually with the exception of the parliamentarian who shall be appointed by the president subject to the ratification of the executive board
  2. The recording secretary shall assume the duties of the historian.
  3. Association Meeting shall be held on the fourth Thursday in the months of September, November, January, March and May. 
  4. Twelve (12) member(s) shall constitute a quorum for an association meeting. 
  5. Six(6) member(s) shall constitute a quorum for an executive meeting.
  6. Standing committees for this association are Communication, Health and Safety, Hospitality, and Membership.

The above mentioned amendments to the bylaws shall be adopted by the board subject to two-thirds (2/3) vote on the floor of the association meeting to be held on May 22nd at 7PM in the MPR of Gale Ranch Middle school.
