Dear Gale Ranch Teacher and Staff,


Gale Ranch PTSA - Staff “Mini Grant” 2019-20

What is it?

A great opportunity for GRMS Staff in any department/grade level to apply for grants. 
 

Who Can Enter?

 Any GRMS Staff that is also a member of Gale Ranch PTSA is welcome to apply. Grant application can be submitted by a group of teachers, or individually.
 

Guidelines:

Items purchased should benefit large number of students and have a lasting impact in the classroom/school. 
 

You may have co-requestor as sometimes teachers/staff in same grade level/department want to team up get items for the entire grade-level/department. 

 How to Apply
 

Fill out application form (on the back) and place it in the PTA mailbox in the front office.

  •  Applications are due by Tuesday, October 8, 2019
  • You will be informed about approval by Friday, October 11, 2019  

  • Winners will be introduced at Staff “Thank You” Lunch on November 15, 2019.

 Funding Process

At the time of notification of grant approval, an Authorization of Payment Form will be forwarded for your use.

  • Recipients will be reimbursed for actual expenses up to but not exceeding the grant amount. 

  • You purchase the product then submit an Authorization of Payment form (with original receipts attached). PTA Treasurer will write a check to the grant recipient for reimbursement.

  • Funds awarded must be spent and Authorization of payment forms be received by Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
